    Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 cups finely shredded red cabbage (from about 1/4 medium cabbage)
    • 1/2 small red onion, finely sliced (about 1/2 cup sliced)
    • 1 1/2 cups (8 ounces) cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered if large
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
    • 1/4 cup lime juice (from 2-3 limes)
    • salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
    • 1/4 cup sour cream
    • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
    • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
    • 1 tablespoon lime juice
    • 3/4 pound mahi mahi (or other firm white fish)
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground chili powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 8-10 corn tortillas
    • fresh cilantro, for serving (optional)
